t Uncle Danny there and had a chance to have Lance and his girlfriend Heather be our trail guides. Heather's family owns the ranch. Val and Verdell were the best hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Here we are in front of the 1800's cabin we stayed in. No electricity, no plumbing, see the outhouse pictures, and believe it or not we loved it! We went on a trail ride, visited some hot springs that were like a jacuzzi, took a half day float trip had a fun barbeque and the kids loved the Petting Zoo! We even brought home a couple of bunnies. If Hillary had had her way we would have brought home the little black goat - but I feared for my flowers! We also had just so much fun with Lance and getting to know Heather and her family! What neat people. And of course we always have fun with Uncle Danny, too bad that Julie and Kylie couldn't come we missed them! The kids are still talking about the trip and asking when we can go back. Lauren even said she wouldn't mind moving somewhere like that - which is incredible because the closest Wal-Mart is like 180 miles away.Wednesday, July 16, 2008
Out Trip Back in Time
In June we had a great time! We went to spend a couple of days on the Geertsen Creek Ranch in Salmon, Idaho. We me
